In this day and age when Trustees are required comply with several regulations, we are able to aid the Trustees with our expertise. We liaise with the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority (OPRA), the Inland Revenue National Insurance Contributions Office (NICO) and the Inland Revenue Pension Schemes Office (PSO). In addition, we are able to advise on dealings with the Pensions Ombudsman (PO) and the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Service (OPAS) when required. |
